At this time, Princess Hair Shop ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Princess Hair Shop ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

We are sure that you will LOVE your new Princess Hair Investment. In the case that you do not, we gladly offer a money back guarantee. Up to seven days after you have received your hair, you may return it for a full refund. Please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will then, at the discretion of our Staff, authorize your return with mailing suggestions and/or instructions. Unless we have made an error on your order, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. It is highly recommended that you ship your package with insurance to protect your investment. Using USPS, insurance fees are nominal. In order for you to receive your refund or store credit, the hair will have to be in it's original state and it's original packaging. The hair must not be washed, combed or brushed and in its original unaltered weft bindings. The hair must not be cut, colored, or altered in any way. Once we have received your return and confirm it's original state mentioned, we will then process your return or exchange in a timely manner. If an exchange is honored, you will be responsible for the new shipping fees incurred.
